Uma Gayatri specializes in Infrastructure and Real Estate Development projects. She holds an Advanced Management degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure Finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), a postgraduate degree in City Planning from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharargpur, and an undergraduate degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture & Fine Arts University (JNA & FAU), Hyderabad. As a Program Manager at NIUM, she is entrusted with delivering business development, project management and advisory support for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Land Development Projects assigned to NIUM.

Uma has a collective experience of 9 years spread across Urban and Infrastructure Development sectors. In the course of her professional engagements, she has developed a nuanced understanding of various aspects relating to Infrastructure Finance and Development primarily in PPP Projects. She intends to marry the languages of Finance and Planning and take upon the challenges for making cities liveable and sustainable enough for people to survive and adapt.
